Clay County Senior Center
Clay County Senior Center opened in December 1991. We provide a wide variety of activities, programs & services for older adults. We became certified by the State of North Carolina as a Senior Center of Merit in June 2010, and then as a Senior Center of Excellence in June 2015. Our mission is to provide an atmosphere for older adults to enrich their lives through activities, education, recreation, socialization, & volunteerism.
Every day, there are people in our community who are unable to leave their homes due to illness, disability, or other circumstances. We are always looking for dedicated volunteers to join our team in delivering meals to homebound individuals. Thank you, Nancy Baber for sharing why delivering meals is so important to you!
